Angela is one of the thirteen Locality Manager positions within GOSE taking responsibility for the geographical areas of Southampton, Winchester and Eastleigh. She is responsible for the strategic coordination of the policies and initiatives of GOSE sponsor Departments by working with key stakeholders including Local Authorities, voluntary organisations, the business community and other public sector bodies including the South East Public Health Team.

Angela acts as a critical friend and broker between partners when necessary to ensure the delivery of the Government’s policies and PSA targets at the regional and local level, as well as contributing to GOSE objectives for ‘joining up’ policies more generally. She is currently engaged in negotiating the Local Area Agreement for Southampton.
