Economic Downturn
Since autumn 2008, the Southampton Partnership Delivery Board has been receiving a monthly report tracking the impact of the downturn on the city through a number of indicators around business, employment, crime, debt advice, housing and homelessness. Through this tracking, the SP Delivery Board is instigating a number of actions across partners to mitigate the impact of the down-turn.
