Strategically champion and co-ordinate the partner activities across the city to realise Southampton’s 2026 Vision.
The Policy Board has agreed Terms of Reference.

Strategies & Initiatives:
The SP Policy Board is responsible for:
- Focussing on strategic, quality of life outcomes
- Galvanising a common and consistent purpose across partners to work together within a robust and mutually supportive partnership framework
- Implementing the City of Southampton Strategy
- Ensuring the alignment of partner strategies and plans with the City ofSouthampton Strategy
- Mobilising resources to help tackle the city’s key priorities as a set in the Local Area Agreement and other partnership plans.
