To champion the whole spectrum of cultural/creative interests in the City and forge links
To create, develop and promote a common vision, and a plan for its realisation, expressed in a Cultural Strategy
To secure a representative, cohesive and sustainable city cultural partnership
To monitor, review, revise and enhance the Cultural Strategy
